Is it possible to delete our personal data from ChatMe server?
Yes! you can delete your personal data from our server. While log out, you have to choose an option to delete data from server. It will take some time, meanwhile don't close the app or minimize the app. It will show you the success message as well.

Can we login the same account in different devices?
Yes! you can. Make sure to login via OTP sent to the registered mobile number.

What are all the permissions we need to provide?
While login for the first time, you have to allow permissions for photos and videos which is not even mandatory. When ever you will use the functionality of our app, you have to provide permissions.

Will it work on old devices?
As of now, in some devices you may face crashes. We are working on it, will provide you the solution in next update.
Basic Account Data.
ChatMe is a communication service. You provide your mobile number and basic account data (which may include profile name, profile picture and bio information) to create a ChatMe account.
Your E-mail Address.
When you enable 2-step-verification for your account, you can opt to set up a password recovery email. We will authenticate the valid email address.
Cloud Chats.
ChatMe is a cloud service. We store messages, photos, videos and documents from your cloud chats on our servers so that you can access your data from any of your devices anytime without having to reply on third-party backups.
Phone Number and Contacts.
ChatMe uses phone numbers as unique identifiers so that it is easy for you to switch from SMS and other messaging apps and retain your social graph.
End-to-End Encryption Data.
Your messages, media and files from secret chats, as well as the contents of your posts you store are processed only on your device and on the device of your recipient.
